September Workshop!

Regulating Your Nervous System in a Dysregulated World
An experiential workshop with

Laura Oswald

We live in a world that often feels fast-paced, overwhelming, and unpredictable. Our nervous systems — designed to protect us — can become stuck in cycles of stress, anxiety, or shutdown. Over time, this can leave us feeling exhausted, disconnected, or unable to engage in life fully.

This workshop offers a supportive, trauma-informed space to reconnect with your body’s innate capacity for healing and regulation. Rooted in the principles of Somatic Experiencing®, we’ll explore practical tools to help you recognize stress patterns, find moments of safety, and build resilience.

Through gentle practices, group exploration, and guided exercises, you’ll learn how to:

Understand the body’s natural stress responses

Notice and track your own signs of regulation and dysregulation

Access simple, everyday tools for grounding and calming

Practice co-regulation in safe and supportive ways

Build a personal “regulation toolkit” to take with you

Teens and adults are welcome. No prior experience is necessary — just curiosity and a willingness to explore at your own pace.
